1. About the service
Payonetime (payonetime.ng) is a product name of ALISTECH SERVICES LIMITED ("Alistech", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria. ALISTECH SERVICES LIMITED is the company that owns and operates the Payonetime app and website, and is the party you contract with under these terms. The app lets you fund a wallet by bank transfer and use it to buy airtime, mobile data and electricity. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your passcode and your phone safe. Never share your passcode or an SMS code with anyone. We will never ask for them.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. Your wallet
- The wallet balance is used to pay for services in the app. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
- Your wallet is credited when the bank confirms your transfer. We are not responsible for transfers sent to a wrong or expired account number.
- Some features may require identity verification, as required by Nigerian regulations.
4. Purchases and refunds
- You see the full amount before you confirm a purchase. Check the phone number or meter number carefully: purchases sent to a wrong number or meter cannot always be reversed.
- If a provider confirms that a purchase failed, the amount is returned to your wallet.
- Airtime, data and electricity tokens that have been delivered are not refundable.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Payonetime for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity, and do not try to interfere with, copy or break into the app or our systems. We may limit, freeze or close accounts that look suspicious, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it depends on banks, telecoms and electricity companies outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by them, or for losses that result from you sharing your credentials.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Payonetime at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
